We have owned Villa al Mar now
for around 10 years and have to say that it has provided us great
deal satisfaction and pleasure.
We have a two young-teenage children and elderly
parents so it is obviously a family second home.
We don't get there as often as we would like just, the main summer
holidays plus school breaks when we can.
 We
fitted the central heating at the beginning and the pool heater
soon after, so it is always warm and cosy and we can swim every day.
The new gazebo and barbecue area has proved to be a
great success. As you can see it is located adjacent to the barbecue
and boules court - which is illuminated!
Over the years we have equipped the villa with board games, books
DVD etc. and everything is available for our guests.
Villa al Mar is professionally managed by a local
rental agency. They meet and greet on arrival and will escort you to
the property as long as your arrive before
18:00.
Apart from looking after our guests Villa Holiday
Services also take care of the garden, clean the pool and attend to
any repairs that may be necessary.
Villa al Mar has three good bedrooms and a well
equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc. The washing
machine and tumble drier are in the garage.

 Getting
there is very simple. We have provided directions from the airport
and a map to Villa Holiday Services from when you leave the A7
Motorway.

Moraira is a super place and it seems to go on
getting better every year.
There are lots of things to do in the area water-sports, golf
tennis, theme parks etc. The main thing for us is that it is quite
and peaceful with no discos or holiday hotels. Nevertheless there is
good nightlife with lots of bars and some interesting restaurants.
